“On 7th November 2012, Mayor Mag. Siegfried Nagl, member of the state government Mag. Kristina Edlinger-Ploder and member of the city council Mag. (FH) Mario Eustacchio gave the official go-ahead. In addition to the representatives from the local council and the state parliament, the managing directors of the GGZ, Dr. Gerd Hartinger, Ing. Wolfram Sacherer, Mag. Alexander Daum, Alois Obergger (all ENW) and architect DI Dietger Wissounig also visited the ceremony.
